re:love

catch me

you are good
but you’re not good enough
sounds familiar
yea that’s what you use to tell her
that scared lil gurl
so scared of fallen
hoping you would be there
understand my world
catch me

there with you
up, yea way up
only to fall
fall hard
when ya say i’m good
but not good enough

yea you think you still got something
something special
yea, something of mine
you think i’ll still go there
somewhere special
get caught up in you

there with you
up, yea way up
only to fall
fall hard
when ya say i’m good
but not good enough

what ya think ya got
is something you can’t hold
any more
no its in pieces
all crumbling
to the floor

guess ya could say
i fell too hard
thinking you would
catch me
fell without a net
fell hard
from the moment we met
broke
and i know
i can’t ever catch you
and i won’t
unless you fall too

i know i’m good
better than you
thought I would of
ever could of been
take off
fly, up and up
fallen above
no i can’t catch you
if you won’t fall
can’t call it love

they say to of loved and lost is better than to have never loved at all...is that the same for writing? to of wrote and never be read is better than to never have wrote at all??? and so here are my writings for all the world to see....love is a universal language, and im sure my heartaches and joys are shared by millions of people everyday, so hopefully you relate to what i have felt. "I was regretting the past and fearing the future. Suddenly God was speaking, "My name is 'I am'". I waited. God continued, "When you live in the past, with its mistakes and regrets, it is hard. I am not there. My name is not 'I was.' When you live in the future, with its problems and fears, it is hard. I am not there. My name is not 'I will be.' When you live in this moment, it is not hard. I am here. My name is 'I am.' As seen on the kitchen wall of Saint Benedict´s Monastery. Who is SheRocks??? Just a gurl who has been through the ups and downs of love and then some :-) These are some of the writings I have written throughout the years, and continually writing.
